I've had a rough time posting on my blog due to a poor WiFi signal. We're in the hills east of the Poconos and even cell phone service is very spotty. This time I'm trying it on my iPad. Here goes!
After four long days of driving, we (Hubby, Maggie the Traveling Dog, our car, and myself) arrived at our RV park in Stillwater, Pennsylvania. We had beautiful weather all the way and it was a balmy 70 degrees when we arrived at our 5th wheel.

I had really hoped everything would be turning green when I returned but, alas, the trees are still bare even though the grass is starting to green up.
Our first stop, after unloading my luggage was the small local grocery store. There was room for everyone in the parking lot.
It must have been shopping day!
Maggie's been enjoying her walks in the woods since we got here.
I just wish spring would finally arrive.
I see this sign, put up by the folks who own the RV park, whenever I walk Maggie through the woods. I'm walking by faith that warm weather will finally come to Pennsylvania and that I'll get these computer problems worked out!
Hi Candy! Oh, you go to some lovely spots too! Wish the weather had been warmer for you! Love the sign and you look cute all bundled up!
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Connection problems always annoying, but it is a great area to be disconnected in:)
ReplyDeleteJelly, jelly, JELLY!
ReplyDeleteI'm having envious thoughts of you being able to hike in those beautiful woods, ALL SUMMER LONG! What a marvelous place to "camp-out" for a while.
Oh, so pretty....love that sign!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have a nice place to stay and a good walking trail. Spring will be there in no time, and the trees will react accordingly. We've had another batch of cool weather here this week.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have some interesting things to explore. I've never been to Penn. but have seen pretty pics and heard a lot of good things about it. Great history in that area. Enjoy.
